Control Unit
Procedure:
1. Pneumatic connection
DANGER!

anddeaerate/drainlines.
Loosen the pneumatic connection.
Series 20xx:
Loosen the pneumatic connection between Pneumatic
Control Unit and actuator.
2. Electrical connection

Beforereachingintothedevice,switchothepowersupply
andsecuretopreventreactivation.
Observeapplicableaccidentpreventionandsafetyregulations
forelectricalequipment.
Circular plug-in connector:
Loosen the circular connector.
