Verify that two lights near the
Ethernet connector (back of unit)
indicate normal network activity.
One light on indicates a good
connection. The other blinks when
data is transmitted or received.
Unit’s Internet Protocol (IP)
address does not match network
settings.
When the unit powers up, wait until
LCD display shows “Expert Series.”
Press and hold the Start/Stop button
for a few seconds. The unit’s IP
address scrolls across display.
Ensure IP address is the required
address for network.
PC firewall is blocking the network
connection.
Follow configuration instructions for
PC and/or firewall software.
“Lost Connection” - USB
disconnection during idle
periods.
Outdated software.
Contact application provider to
ensure latest version software in
use.
