  If the C2Dx Medical Equipment T/Pump® Temperature Therapy Pump doesn't turn on, ensure the electrical cord is plugged into a properly grounded Hospital Grade receptacle. Visually inspect the power cord for any damage and replace it if necessary. If the cord is fine, the issue might be with the PC Board or Membrane Panel, consider replacing the Membrane Panel.

  If your C2Dx Medical Equipment T/Pump® Temperature Therapy Pump isn't heating, first refill the reservoir with room temperature water. Ensure there are no flow restrictions. Verify the Therapy Cycle is ON and the Set Point isn't too low. Check the power to the heater at J2 on the PCB; if power is present and the thermostat is closed, the heater is likely defective and may need replacement. If power is present but the thermostat is open, the thermostat is likely defective and should be replaced if it fails the Backup Limit Thermostat Test. If there is no power to the heater, the PC Board may need replacing.

  If the C2Dx Medical Equipment T/Pump® Temperature Therapy Pump isn't pumping, first refill the reservoir with room temperature water to the proper level. Check the power across the motor connections (TP700 / TP700C - 120V ± 10%). If power is present, there may be a defective motor or impeller magnet assembly. If there is no power, replace the PC Board. Replace the motor if the fan isn't spinning when the unit is plugged in and in run mode. Otherwise, check the impeller for obstructions or replace the impeller magnet assembly. If the fan is spinning and the impeller magnet assembly is fine, check the magnet driver assembly to ensure the screw holding the driver magnet to the motor shaft is tight.

  The warning indicator and audible alarm on your C2Dx Medical Equipment T/Pump® can indicate several things: a high heat or cooling setpoint was selected (outside body temperature range), power loss during therapy mode (in which case the alarm will beep for about 10 minutes), the unit is timing an 'ON' therapy cycle, or the unit just entered or exited lock mode. For a power failure, insert the plug fully into the receptacle, place the unit into Standby mode, then unplug the T/Pump® Temperature Therapy Pump.The 'ON' Therapy Cycle and Lock mode indications are normal.

Why is the warning indicator on in Standby Mode on my C2Dx Medical Equipment unit?

  If the warning indicator is on while your C2Dx Medical Equipment unit is in Standby Mode, it likely shut down due to an over-temperature condition. To resolve this, empty the reservoir and refill it with room temperature water. Ensure all clamps are open and press the On/Standby button. Verify flow through the pad; the warning light should turn off within 5 minutes.

  If the Temperature or Therapy Time buttons on your C2Dx Medical Equipment aren't working, they may be locked. Press and hold the lock button for two seconds to unlock them. If that doesn't work, the membrane panel may be defective and require replacement.

How to fix water leaks from hose connectors on C2Dx T/PUMP TP700 Medical Equipment?

  If water leaks from the hose connectors of your C2Dx Medical Equipment, replace the Clik-Tite® connector. Use P/N: 03887001 for the male connector and P/N: 03884001 for the female connector. Ensure the Clik-Tite® connector is shut and the pad connection to the pump is secure. If leaking continues, replace the connectors or pad if defective.
