4. Safety Precautions
CAUTION !
The machine may only be used to separate
pre-scored PCB’s. Use for any other purpose
is not allowed !
Any adjustments or further work on the MAE-
STROwhichexceedthosedescribed
in this handbook may only be performed by
authorised personnel.
When separating PCB’s, suitable protective
gloves should be worn.
During operation ensure that all loose hang-
ing items, eg. Jewelry, Clothing, Hair etc., are
kept well clear of the blades.
In an emergency situation, actuate the
emergency stop switch by tight pressing. The
emergency switch is located in the front panel
of the device. By pressing this switch the volt-
age supply is interrupted. (see chapter 6.6.).

Seules les personnes autorisées peuvent
utiliser, ajuster ou réparer la machine confor-
mémentauxconseilsdonnésci-après.
Toujours porter des gants de protection lors
de la séparation des cartes.
Pendant l’utilisation toujours prendre garde
auxbijoux,vêtementsoucheveux,etc...qui
risqueraientdeseprendredanslescouteaux.
Au front du MAESTRO 4M se trouve un
interrupteur de secours (rouge). Dans une
situation critique presser l'interrupteur et le
branchement de la machine est coupé. (c.f.
Para. 6.6.).
