Improving Operations with a Variety of Convenient Functions
The machine is equipped with a variety of practical and useful functions. For example, the Setup Guide function
makes it easy to congure all of the settings required before using the machine, and the Web Access function
lets you use the touch panel display to browse Web pages. You can also expand the functions of the machine to
better suit your needs, with optional equipment that supports convenient nishing functions for booklets, or
with system options that enhance the capabilities of the printing and scanning functions.

Using the Hold Function to Manage and Edit Large Amounts of Documents
You can hold documents in the temporary storage (Hold) space inside the machine before they are printed,
which lets you output a sample print before printing a large volume of documents. You can also print
documents in the order of their priority, or you can print them after checking the nishing settings.

Connecting via Wireless LAN
With the ability to establish a wireless connection between the machine and computers, you can eliminate the
need for cables and reduce clutter in your oce. The connection settings can be congured with the simple
