14 6 Load Cell & A/D Converte. r Replacement
Follow a ion 0 first.
Unplug tors at:
A. CO
B. CO

3. Remove old A/D Converter PCB and attach new one.

5. Remove the load cell and replace with a new load cell of equal capacity.
6. Reassemble in reverse order.
7. Make sure that the safety overload stop tab is positioned properly (see diagrams below.)
4.7 Printer Assembly Replacement
. Follow all of the directions in section 0 first.
. Unplug the main PCB connectors at:
. J10, Peel Sensor.

Lift up and remove old chassis & replace with new Printer chassis.

3. Remove the 5 screws around the perimeter of the load cell assem
4. Lift and remove the load cell assembly chassis & replace with a n e
order.
5. However, if you wish to replace only the load cell or A/D Converter PCB, then go on to the
following:
A. A/D Converter replacement:
1. Disconnect the Load cell cable from CN1 on A/D Converter
2. Remove the 2 screws on the A/D Converter PCB.
4 Reassemble in reverse order.
B. Load cell replacement:
1 Disconnect the Load cell cab
2 Remove the Allen-bolt from the top of the Load cell Main bracket.
3 Remove the 2 Allen-bolts from the side of the Load c
4 Remove the 2 Allen-bolts from underneath the load cell assembly chassis.
