      If your CAS Scale counts up to 9s and then goes blank, try the following: * Remove everything from the platter. * Turn the scale OFF and then ON again. Also, ensure the platter is properly installed and nothing is obstructing it from underneath. If the issue persists, contact your CAS Dealer for SPAN calibration.

      If your CAS Scale does not accept the Tare, ensure that the Tare being entered is within the range of 0.01 to 30.00 Lbs. Also, make sure that the NET lamp is off before attempting to enter a Tare.
