8. Trouble Shooting
PROBLEMS REMARKS
x Scale does not work at all.
x No light on the display & the power
switch is ON.
x Check the fuse located to the left of the power switch.
x Try plugging scale into a different electrical socket.
x Scale counts up to 9's & then
goes blank.
x Scale counts up to 9's & then shows:
"Zero rAnGE Error"
x Remove everything from the platter. Turn scale OFF and then ON.
x Make sure platter is proper installed and nothing is obstructing
the platter from underneath.
x Call your CAS Dealer for SPAN calibration.
x Scale does not accept Tare.
x Make sure that the Tare being entered is within 0.01~30.00 Lbs.
x Make sure that the NET lamp is off before trying to enter a Tare.
x In spite of pressing the TARE key,
the Tare does not clear.
x Make sure all items are removed from the platter & then try again.
x Remove all items from the platter and thenm turn scale OFF & ON.
x After push the PRT / * button scale
not work at all.
x Check the PEEL sensor.
