Parkingthemachine
Whenparkingthemachine,someprecautionsareneces-
sary.
Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground,awayfrom
anysoftground,excavationsorpoorlyshoredcavity.
Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
Usethelockingpin(ifprovided)tolocktheloaderattach-
mentcontrols.
Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposition.
Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
Immobilizethemachinebymeansoftheparkingbrake.
Completelyraisethestabilizersandlockthemmechani-
cally.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Releasethehydraulicpressurebyoperatingthecontrol
leversinalldirections.
Onhydraulicallycontrolledmachines,turnthekeytoON
andreleasethepressurebymovingthehydrauliccontrol
leversinalldirections.
Placesomewedgesunderthewheelsinordertoprevent
themachinefrommoving.
Disconnecttheelectricalsystembydisconnectingthebat-
terymasterswitch.
Makesurethatthedoorandtheengineguardarecor-
rectlyfastenedandcheckthatthefueltankplugandthe
batterycompartmentareclosed.
Locktheoperator’scompartmentdoor.
Ifthemachineisparkedoutdoors,covertheexhaustpipe
soastoprotecttheengineagainstdamp.
Checkthatnopartofthemachineisprotrudingontothe
publichighway.Ifthiscannotbeavoided,installsignsin
compliancewiththerelevantregulations.
