manual.
PPEmustbeusedwhen,inspiteoftheriskbeingreduced
toaminimumatsource,therearehoweverrisksthatcan-
notbeeliminatedandthereforeitbecomesnecessaryand
obligatorywhenthereareso-called“residual”risks.
