2.T oreleasethebelt,loosenthemountinghardwareof
thetensioner(3)andloosenthetensioneradjusting
screw(2).
3.Installanewbelt.
4.Adjustthebelttensionwiththetensioneradjusting
screw(2).

5.Checkthebeltatthecenterlineofthebelt(1)withabelt
tensiongauge.Specicationis122-149N·m(90.0-
109.9lbft)
NOTICE:Afterreplacingthedrivebelt,makeanadjustmentaftertherst10operatinghours.
NOTICE:Thebeltmustnotbetootensioned(prematurebearingwear)nottooslack(prematurebeltwear).
