thecomponentsorthestructure.Shouldproblemsbe
detected,contactanauthorizedworkshoptohavethe
necessaryrepairscarriedout.
Replacethedamagedorexcessivelywornpartswith
originalspareparts.
Keepthemachinecleanbydailyremovingthedirtac-
cumulatedwhileworking.
Servicebrake
1.Beforeusingthemachine,itisrecommendedtocheck
thecorrectoperationoftheservicebrake.
2.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
3.Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
4.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
5.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
6.Immobilizethemachinewiththeparkingbrake.
7.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
8.Pressthebrakepedal10-15times.
9.Thebrakingsystemisdischargedif,whenpressingthe
pedal,nosignicantresistanceisfelt.
Parkingbrake
Theparkingbrakeisnotserviceable.Ifareductionof
thebrakingactionisdetected,checkthethicknessof
thebrakediscsand,ifnecessary,contacttheService
Department.
Lights
Beforeusingthemachine,itisrecommendedtocheck
thatalllightsarecleanandcorrectlyoperating.
Functionalityofcontrolsandlights
Beforeusingthemachine,itisrecommendedtocheck
thatallcontrols,instrumentsandlampsintheoperator’s
compartmentarecorrectlyoperating.
Shouldproblemsbedetected,stoptheengineandnd
thecauseoftheanomaly.
