Check the solar panels.*
Check the voltage coming from
the solar panels (red and black
wires on the J15 plug labeled
“DC POWER”). Check the voltage
when the panel is in full sun.
The voltage should be
12 Vdc (+/- 10%).
If not, refer to the Solar
Troubleshooting section.

Check the batteries.*
Check the battery connections. Make sure there is one 7AH battery,
two 7AH batteries wired in paralllel, OR one 33AH battery connected.
Check the voltage coming from each battery by disconnecting the battery
from the operator. A fully charged battery should read 12.8 to 13.3 Vdc per
battery. If not, replace the batteries.

Check the control board.*
Try replacing the fuse.
If that does not work, replace
the control board.
