BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
To protect against fire and electrocution:
• DISCONNECT power (AC or solar and battery) BEFORE installing or servicing operator.
DC MOTORS
SYMPTOM: The motor will not run.
CHECK THE MOTOR:
Disconnect ALL power from operator. Disconnect the gate from the operator.
Disconnect the motor
harness from control
board.
Connect the battery to the motor
harness as shown.
SOLUTION: If the motor did not run, replace the motor.
12V MOTOR 24V MOTOR
Disconnect the motor harness
from control board.
Connect the batteries to the motor
harness as shown.
