PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Observe the climatic conditions of use (see §13.4.1, on page 41).
This instrument can be used on category III installations, at voltages of not more than 600 V RMS with respect
to earth (as per CEI 664-1 Ed. 92).
CAT III: measurement category III corresponds to measurements made on the installation of a building.
Example: measurements on distribution frames, wiring, etc.
This instrument can be used on category IV installations, at voltages of not more than 300 V RMS with respect
to earth (as per CEI 664-1 Ed. 92).
CAT IV: measurement category IV corresponds to measurements made at the source of a low-voltage
installation. Example: meters and measurements on overcurrent protection devices.
Please use only accessories of which the measurement category and voltage rating with respect to earth are
at least equal to those of the product.
When removing the battery, make sure that the measurement cords and the sensors are disconnected.
WARRANTY
Our warranty applies, except as otherwise stated, for twelve months beginning on the date the equipment is made
available (extract from our General Conditions of Sale, communicated on request).
