Disassembly and Assembly of Transmission
Disassembly
Support up the transmission, unscrew the draining plug of
clutch at side of differential gear, and unscrew the
draining plug of rear cover. (as indicated by arrow). Drain
out the oil completely.
Unscrew the joint bolt of rear housing and transmission
housing, dismantle the rear housing assembly and take out
the separate bearing of clutch and gasket of rear housing.
Pull out the separate jogger of clutch Remove the black dust cover of shifting bearing (A),
unscrew the shifting locking-seat assembly (1) and rev
lamp switch assembly (2).
