Yes Go to next step 15 Set ignition switch in “ON”. Connect
commutator between ECU and wire harness to
check the voltages of output signal terminal,
ground terminal and 76#, 60# pins (served as
4.5-5V sensor power) of ECU throttle position
sensor to see if they are in good order.

Yes Replace ECU 16 Check if ignition coil, high voltage line and
spark plug are in good condition.
