20. Install the clutch D’s drive drum
onto the clutch’s outer racer
and install the output shaft and
gear ring mechanism onto the
case;
. Install the auxiliary back output
gear and one 1.75mm thick
gasket. Then fix them with
bolts;
. Install the main back output

output gear upwards. Tighten
the lock bolt of the main and
auxiliary output gear: Torque:
10Nm;
. Take off the parking carrier rod
and turn the output gear by
several turns;
. Install the parking carrier rod
and tighten again the main back
output gear with a torque of
20Nm;
. Mark on the bolt and gear;

gear and fix it with bolts;
Turn over the transmission by
90 degree and face the bac
