. Turn the gear to reset the gauge
32. R e driven shaft’s
fixing device KA-000-288;
. Turn the adjusting bolt
clockwise by 270 degree. Then
turn the gear until the gauge
index is calibrated. Get the
reading X;
. Install an adjusting washer
under the auxiliary back output
gear. The washer’s depth is
determined by the following
formula:
1.75mm-(Xmm-0.06mm)
The
1.75mm-(0.46mm-0.06mm)
.355mm in accordance with this formula,
mong which, 1.75mm and 0.06mm are all adjusting coefficients;
. Remove the gauge. Replace the washer on auxiliary back output gear, if necessary.
. Knock the flange of the lock bolt on the auxiliary back output gear and sink it into the gear pit.
. Install the side cover;
. Turn the transmission by 180
degree, as shown by the figure;
bearing and adjusting washer.
