2.7 List Sweep (3302 only)
A maximum of 9 frequencies or test signal levels can be programmed. Single or
sequential test can be performed.
2.8 Comparator Function (3302 only)
Ten bin sorting for the primary measurement parameter, and IN/OUT decision
output for the secondary measurement parameter.
Sorting Modes:
Sequential mode: Sorting into unnested bins with absolute upper and lower limits.
Tolerance mode: Sorting into nested bins with absolute or percent limits.
Bin Count:
0 to 999999
List Sweep Comparator:
HIGH/PASS/LOW decision output for each point in the list sweep table.
