LED Overview 4-
This chapter provides an overview of the LED indications available in the
system. It contains the following sections:
• “Unit Status LEDs”
• “Power Status LEDs”
• “10/100/1000 Mbps Port LEDs”
All interfaces on the 3916 are accessible from the faceplate of the unit. With
the exception of the Console port, all the interfaces have integrated LEDs
which provide status information for the port.
Figure 1-1 on page 1-4 shows the faceplate of the unit and the locations of the
different ports on standard chassis systems. Figure 1-2 on page 1-4 shows the
faceplate of the unit and the locations of the different ports on mini chassis
systems.
