6.4.2 LUBRICATING THE MOTOR PULLEY BEARING
Lubricate the bearing (1) in the motor pulley (2)
with very light grease. To dismantle the clutch
unit, follow the procedure described in Section
2
“Maintenance”.
Warning; if you change the pulley (2), you
must also change the internal ring (3) shown
below Fig.6.8
6.5 SAFETY INTERLOCK SWITCH FUNCTIONAL TEST
To work in a safe condition it is necessary that
the interlock switch of the cover works
properly. Before starting the work session (at
least one time per day) open the top cover and
verify that the machine switches to PAUSE
mode. Then close the covers and press start to
resume the job. If the machine doesen’t switch
to PAUSE status it means that the interlock
switch is damaged. In this case please turn off
the machine and call the service.
