Control Panels
Mastic Control Panel
Mastic: Mastic will be dispensed through
the mastic gate when opened.
Mixing Chamber Cleanout: When gate is
opened, any remaining mastic in the
chamber will be cleared out without
introducing new material .
Rock Only: Only rock will enter and exit
mastic mixing chamber when gate is opened.
Rock Burner ON/OFF: Allows pre-
programmed controller to Activate\Deactivate
the rock heat chamber.
Inside Mastic Control Panel is the
temperature control module. Contact
CIMLINE Technical support before changing
any settings.
Main Control Panel
The main control panel is used to operate the
melter control system. Controls located on
the cover are for operating in auto mode only.
OFF: Shuts down Agitator, Burner, Hose,
and Pump
RUN: Allows the preprogrammed
controllers to turn on the Pump, Agitator,
Burner, and heated hose
CLEAN OUT: Reverses pump flow
direction to clean out the hose and plumbing.
COOL DOWN: - Turns on Agitator only
