Mastic Dispensing Operation
Loading Rock into Hopper
Cimline C1 will accept rock 1/2” or smaller.
1) Slowly pour rock into hopper.
2) Remove any rock or debris that will not fit
through hopper grate to prevent clogging.
IF HOPPER CONVEYER SCREW CLOGS SHUT
OFF ENGINE AND REMOVE KEY TO PREVENT
STARTING. ALLOW THE CONVEYER SCREW
TO COOL DOWN BEFORE REMOVING HOPPER
GRATE AND UNCLOGGING SCREW.
DO NOT LOAD ROCK INTO HOPPER WITHOUT
GRATE PROPERLY INSTALLED.
3) Once you observe rock begin
to drop into the mixing
chamber CLOSE the Mastic
Gate
1) Set Rotary Switch on
Mastic Control Panel
to “ROCK ONLY”
2) OPEN the Mastic
Gate to draw rock
into heat chamber
Follow Start Up Procedures 1 & 2 on Page 14 prior to using
