Transferring Calls
When you transfer a call to another person, you have the option to
talk to the person before the transfer completes.
To transfer a call:
1. From an active call, press Transfer
. The active call
is held.
2. From the Dialler, place a call to the person you want to
transfer the call to.
3. When you hear the ring-back sound, press Transfer to
complete the transfer. Or, if you want to talk with the person
before the transfer completes, connect and talk with the
person, and then press Transfer.
You can also toggle between the two calls before transferring
them. Press Swap to do this.
To cancel the transfer before the call connects, tap Cancel.
Mute
While on a call you can press Mute , the button will glow to
indicate that it is on. Press this again to turn it off.
Transferring and Forwarding Calls
Forward All
To forward all calls received on your primary line to another
number, press Forward All and:
Enter the phone number.
Press Messages
if you wish to forward calls to
your voicemail
To cancel call forwarding, press Forward Off.
