› Delete a Call Record:
› Press Applications and select Call History.
› Highlight the individual call record or call group and press
delete. An alert message will appear for verication, press
Delete again.
› Press Exit to return to the Applications screen.
› Select a call record to view call details and manage the call.
› Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight an entry and
press Dial to automatically call the person.

Working with Your Contact Directory
You can store a large number of contacts in your phone’s
local Contact Directory.
To search and dial:
› Press the Contacts button
and use the navigation keys to
scroll and select Corporate or Personal Directory.
› Enter in the search criteria information and press Submit.
› To dial, either press Call or Select, press the speakerphone or
headset button or pick up the handset.
If you are on a call, you can follow these steps to make a new call.
Once the call is placed, the existing call with be put on hold.
Personal Directory
Sign in and out of the Personal Directory:
1. Press Contacts
and select Personal Directory.
2. Enter the user ID and Pin and press Submit.
3. Select Log Out, press Select and press OK.
