• Create a user account matching the common name of the phone’s Manufacturing Installed Certificate (MIC) with the
password set to cisco (e.g. CP-8821-SEPxxxxxxxxxxxx).
• Add the Cisco Manufacturing CA chain to the RADIUS trust list as well as any other CA chains utilized for
authentication.
