Making Calls
To make a call, you can alternate between handset, headset, and hands-free mode by
pressing the Speakerphone or Headset buttons or by picking up the handset.
1. To make a call perform one of the following:
Lift the handset and enter phone number.
OR
Press the Speaker Phone button and enter phone number.
OR
Press the Headset button and enter phone number.
OR
Press down arrow on the Navigation Pad to get your call history and
select.
On-hook Dialling
On-hook dialling allows you to enter a phone number before getting a dial tone and lift the
handset to complete the call.
Dial a Number On-hook
To dial a number on hook, perform the following:
1. With the handset on hook, enter a phone number or one of your speed dial
numbers (e.g. 1). The new call dialling screen displays.
2. Perform one of the following to complete the call.
Press the Call soft key
OR
Lift the handset
OR
Press the Speakerphone
OR
Press the Headset button
Ending Calls
There are several ways to end a call on your phone.
End a call
1. Perform one of the following:
Replace the handset in its cradle.
OR
Press the End Call soft key.
OR
Press the Headset button or the Speakerphone button.
