Making Calls
To make a call, you can alternate between handset, headset, and hands-free mode by
pressing the Speakerphone or Headset buttons or by picking up the handset.
1. To make a call perform one of the following:
 Lift the handset and enter phone number.
OR
 Press the Speaker Phone button and enter phone number.
OR
 Press the Headset button and enter phone number.
OR
 Press down arrow on the Navigation Pad to get your call history and
select.
On-hook Dialling
On-hook dialling allows you to enter a phone number before getting a dial tone and lift the
handset to complete the call.
Dial a Number On-hook
To dial a number on hook, perform the following:
1. With the handset on hook, enter a phone number or one of your speed dial
numbers (e.g. 1). The new call dialling screen displays.
2. Perform one of the following to complete the call.
 Press the Call soft key
OR
 Lift the handset
OR
 Press the Speakerphone
OR
 Press the Headset button
Ending Calls
There are several ways to end a call on your phone.
End a call
1. Perform one of the following:
 Replace the handset in its cradle.
OR
 Press the End Call soft key.
OR
 Press the Headset button or the Speakerphone button.
