• Recovery action taken – Migration, Shutdown, Switchover
• Type of event – Planned or Unplanned
• From card to card – slot numbers
• Start time – YYYY-MMM-DD+hh:mm:sss.sss
• Duration – seconds
•
Card failure device (such as CPUn)
•
Card failure reason
•
Card is in usable state or not failed
• Recovery action status – Success or failure reason
•
If recovery action failed, failure time stamp
•
If recovery action failed, failure task facility name
•
If recovery action failed, failure instance number
