ANCP Rate Change
If the ANCP rate falls below the QoS parent shaper rate for example, to 300000 kbps, and the ANCP rate
adjustment factor remains at 100 percent, the ANCP rate is no longer greater than the QoS parent shaper
rate of 800000 kbps. This causes the QoS policy on the interface to be placed in the inconsistency state
as shown by the following show qos interface command output:
