Step 4a: T1 Member Comes Back Up, Policy Resumed
In this step, if one T1 member comes back up, the policy is resumed for the interface because the total
of priority policing + minimum guaranteed bandwidth is 13 Mbps. This is lower than the bundle link
bandwidth, which is 13,824 Mbps (1,536 kbps * 9 T1 members). It meets the bandwidth requirement,
and the policy is resumed for the bundle interface.

Or Step 4b: Policy Modified, Policy Resumed
In this step, the policy is modified so that the total of priority policing plus minimum guaranteed
bandwidth is lower than the link bandwidth. The police rate for the voice-ip class is lowered to 6 Mbps.
The total of priority policing plus minimum guaranteed bandwidth is 12 Mbps. This is lower than the
bundle link bandwidth, which is 12,288 Mbps (1,536 kbps * 8 T1 members). The bandwidth requirement
is met, and the policy is resumed for the interface.

For MPLS QoS, there are three deployment scenarios based on tunneling model: uniform mode, pipe
mode, and short pipe mode.
Table 1 shows an overview of the tunneling models.
