descendingasteephill,thespeed
limiterwillnotbeabletoprevent
thevehiclefromexceedingthe
programmedspeed.
Thelimiteristemporarilydeactivated
andthedisplayedprogrammedspeed
flashes.
Anaudiblesignalaccompaniesthe
flashingoftheprogrammedspeed
whenexceedingthespeedisnotdueto
anactionbythedriver.
Theuseofmatsnotapprovedby
CITROËNmayinterferewiththe
operationofthespeedlimiter.
Toavoidanyriskofjammingofthe
pedals:
- ensurethatthematissecured
correctly,
- donotfitonematontopofanother.
Flashingofthedashesindicatesafaultwiththe
speedlimiter.
HaveitcheckedbyaCITROËNdealerora
qualifiedworkshop.
Operating fault
F Press firmlyontheacceleratorpedal,
goingbeyondthepoint of resistance, to
exceedtheprogrammedspeedlimit.
Thespeedlimiterisdeactivatedtemporarily
andthedisplayedprogrammedspeedflashes.
Anaudiblesignalaccompaniestheflashing
oftheprogrammedspeedwhenexceeding
thespeedisnotduetoanactionbythedriver
(steephill...).
Assoonasthevehicle'sspeedreturnstothe
programmedvalue,thelimiteroperatesagain:
thedisplayoftheprogrammedspeedbecomes
steadyagain.
Switching off
Temporarily exceeding the

F Turn wheel 1 to the "0"position.
