Process Data IN
The controlled pressure, start/stop status, input setting, and set pressure can be checked with the
Process Data IN.
The current set pressure should be checked with the "Set value for pressure" of the Process Data IN.
When the "Start/Stop" bit of Process Data IN is set to "0" (Stop) and the "Input setting" is not set
to "0" (Normal Mode), the pressure is not controlled even when the "Set value for pressure" of
the Process Data OUT is set.
