Step 1: Your remote assistant may be in standby mode.
Press any key to wake up the display.

Step 2: Try turning on your remote assistant.

Step 3: Try recharging your remote assistant using the USB cable
and Cochlear global mains power adaptor.

Step 4: Using the tip of a pen, press the hard reset button on the
back of your remote assistant.
