Dot Sensor Unit Adjustment:
With ribbon cassette and paper installed, run the self test. (See page 10) Check the upper and lower
portion of the characters for proper printing. If a portion of the characters is missing, adjust the posi-
tion of the dot sensor unit as follows:

hammer starts printing too early when a platen ridge has not yet reached the correct position.
To correct: Move the dot sensor unit counter-clockwise.
(c) The lower portion is missing.

hammer starts printing too late.
To correct: Move the dot sensor unit clockwise.
