8.7.3.3 ATT (Attenuation)
Use ATT to set or return the attenuation value. The default value is 10.00 dB.

8.7.3.4 CLD (Cold Start)
This command is NOT AVAILABLE in redundant systems.
Use CLD to mute the output signal for a predetermined time – 15 minutes –
following Power-Up to ensure a stable reference oscillator. The default is OFF.
