Switching between double and single counts
Description
Switches the count system for the total counter and other counters.
Purpose
According to user (copy service provider) request, select if A3/11" x 17" paper is to be counted as one sheet
(single count) or two sheets (double count).
Method
Press the start key.
Setting
1. Select the item using the zoom +/- keys.
Initial setting: -A3
2. Press the start key. The setting is set, and the indication for selecting a maintenance item No. appears.
Completion
To exit this maintenance item without changing the current setting, press the stop/clear key. The indication for
selecting a maintenance item No. appears.

Turning auto start function on/off
Description
Selects if the auto start function is turned on.
Purpose
Normally no change is necessary. If incorrect operation occurs, turn the function off: this may solve the prob-
lem.
Method
Press the start key.
Setting
1. Select either "on" or "oFF" using the zoom +/- keys.
Initial setting: on
2. Press the start key. The setting is set, and the indication for selecting a maintenance item No. appears.
Completion
To exit this maintenance item without changing the current setting, press the stop/clear key. The indication for
