TROUBLESHOOTING
No visualization on the display after switching on
External power supply malfunction
➥ Check the external power supply
Power supply card malfunction
➥ Replace the power supply card.
Loose connection between the computer and power supply cards
➥ Check the connector on the connection line
Computer card malfunction
➥ Replace the computer card
The display is normal, but the start switch and buttons A, L and D
for data entry are not working
Loose connection between the computer and power supply cards
➥ Secure the connection line between the computer and power supply cards
Computer is out of service
➥ Re-start the machine
The display is normal, but the brake is not working
Incorrect switch connection
➥ Open the cover and secure the touch-sensitive switch connector
Power supply card malfunction
➥ Replace the power supply card.
Computer card malfunction
➥ Replace the computer card
The machine start-up takes a long time, the brake is not working
and balancing is not accurate.

➥ Solve the problem according to the test results

➥ Re-tighten the quick fixing cap.

chine, then calibrate again to make sure that the machine is working correctly
