Remove the Allen bolt from the lower fork leg.
Turn the fork leg right side up and drain the oil from the fork.
Note that each fork leg contains approximately 160cc of oil
Secure the lower fork leg in a vice, taking care not to mar the
finish. Pull aggressively on the upper fork leg to remove the
upper fork leg from the lower fork leg.
Using a screwdriver, gently pry the fork seal out of the lower
fork leg. Take care not to scratch or damage the inner
surface of the lower fork leg.
