TDS Programming
The Global RO Controller uses one TDS probe, measuring the product water. The probe is connected via the SBT ter-
minal J20 on the GROC board. The probes are factory installed and calibrated. If the measured TDS levels exceed the
maximum allowed in the product water (see page 26), the RO controller displays an error condition (see “PRODUCT
TDS TOO HIGH” on page 63).

For the G1 RO, there is only one TDS probe, so the correct setting
is PRODUCT. For the G2 and G3 RO, the correct setting is BOTH.

Disconnect the TDS probe from the RO plumbing and submerge it
into a solution of known TDS. Press

Use this value to make minor corrections to the displayed temperature
value. For example if you use a handheld temperature device that
shows the water temperature two degrees warmer, change this value
to 2 to compensate.

Please do not change this value unless you are told to do so by Cul-
ligan Rosemont. This value changes the slope used to interpret the
temperature.
