6.1 Printer paper jam

Unlock the autocutter
by using the lever.

Lift the unlocking lever for the platen roller
and remove any scraps of paper from
the printing mechanism.
Lift the autocutter
to the maximum opening position.
Pull out the damaged paper from the autocutter.
