[Range] 0 ≤ nL, nH ≤ 255

[Description] Sets the printing area width to the area specified by nL and nH.
• The left margin is set to [(nL + nH × 256) × (horizontal motion unit)]
inches.

[Notes] • This command is only enabled if set at the beginning of the line.
• If the right margin is greater than the printable area, the printing area
width is set at maximum value.
• If the printing area width = 0, it is set at the maximum value.
• The horizontal and vertical motion units are specified by GS P or
GS $D0. Changing the horizontal or vertical motion unit does not affect the
current left margin.
• The GS P or GS $D0 command can change the horizontal (and vertical)
motion unit.
• However, the value cannot be less than the minimum horizontal movement
amount and it must be in even units of the minimum horizontal movement
amount.
