Install running belt
Place the running belt in position on the unit.
Install running deck
1. Slide the deck into position on the frame.
2. Install the two pivot bolts and two flat washers that secure the deck to the left deck pivot using a 1/2”
Socket wrench.
The deck pivots need to be fully seated onto the pivot shaft.

3. Repeat step for the right deck pivot.
4. Install the ten deck bolts and ten flat washers that secure the deck to the deck stiffener using a 1/2”
Socket wrench.
Tighten to 80 in-lbs (9 Nm) using a torque wrench.
Install front roller
1. Slide the front roller into the running belt.
2. Slide the drive belt around the front roller before attaching the front roller.
