Remove running deck
1. Remove the fourteen bolts and fourteen flat washers that hold the deck in place using a 1/2” Socket
wrench.
The four rear pivot bolts are longer. The nuts may fall out of the deck pivots.

2. Slide the deck out of the frame.
The deck has two wear sides and can be flipped. If both sides are worn, replace deck.
Inspect deck bumpers
Inspect the deck bumpers for cracks or wear.
Replace the deck bumpers if the rubber is cracked or worn.

Remove running belt
Remove the running belt from the unit.
NOTE: If the same running belt will be re-installed, note the direction of travel and re-install in
the same direction.
