Range of Motion
The elevation is adjustable up or down in the shape of an arc. The lowest setting of 0 equates to an arc of 12
degrees, where the highest setting of 20 equates to an arc of 34.5 degrees.There is no difference in muscles
used between different incline positions. Differences exist in the intensity of muscle activity. See Figure 1.
