Linear Side-impact Protection (LSP)
The side protectors transfer the initial impact
of a side crash to the shell. The optimized
structure of the shell absorbs the forces and
channels them away from your baby.
Load Leg
The adjustable Load Leg helps
minimize crash forces on a baby in
a frontal crash. It allows the child
restraint's safety systems to absorb
and transfer crash forces more
effectively by directing some of them
to the vehicle floor.
Super Easy And Tight Installation
The Aton 2 Belt Tensioner uses
CYBEX's Super Easy And Tight
(SEAT) Technology to achieve a
quick and secure installation every
time, whether you choose to use
LATCH or vehicle belts.
Dual Range Level Indicator
The Aton Level Indicator is calibrated for two
different weight ranges. Use the weight range
appropriate for your child.
Steel Chassis
The Steel Chassis is a continuous metal frame integrated into the Base from
front to back. It provides strength, a secure
connection between the Infant Carrier
and Base, and also absorbs crash
forces from the Load Leg.
