Line Filter
NOTE: If you are replacing the line fi lter follow steps 7 and 8. If not skip to step 9.
7. Replace the line fi lter (optional).
Disconnect the two fast-ons that go from the line fi lter to the lower board (cables labeled A.
AC Line 1 and AC Line 2 on the lower board).
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws that hold the line fi lter to the lower control B.
bracket and discard the old line fi lter if applicable.
Place the new line fi lter in position on the lower control bracket. C.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, secure the two screws that hold the line fi lter to the lower control D.
bracket.
8. Connect the line fi lter cables (if applicable).
Connect the white cable to the front right fast-on on the line fi lter and route it through the A.
access hole.
Connect the black cable to the front left fast-on on the line fi lter and route it through the B.
access hole.
Connect the ends of these two cables to the lower board. The white connects to the fast-on C.
labeled AC Line 1. The black connects to the fast-on labeled AC Line 2.
9. Route the power cord.
Route the power cord behind the base brackets and route the fast-ons out the power switch A.
access hole. NOTE: The power cord can exit the front or back of the treadmill. Position it the
way you intend to leave it.
10. Connect the power cable.
Hold the power switch and its plate so that the I (on) is toward the top. See Figure 22.A.
