5. No IP into the server (listener):
Double check the URL in the IP Input section. Make certain it is the correct syntax and IP
address.
Is the firewall on the sending side open to all UDP/TCP traffic?
Make certain that the IP Output section is not disabled and there are no typos in the IP address.
Remember to include a port number and that it is accurate on both sides.
6. PSIP/EPG not showing up:
It can take up to 5 minutes for the EIT tables to parse and make it through the stream. Give it a
few minutes and rescan your TV / channel number. Try again. Check the logs for ETT and EIT
entries.
7. No PSIP/EPG out of the IP/SRT output:
Check and make certain that the sources are correct.
8. Wrong time/wrong program:
Be sure that the TV/STB reading the PSIP is set to the correct time
If you created the guide yourself from Excel, make sure you used GMT time and did the math
correctly.
Set up an NTP server on the “Systems” page.
9. The unit seems to quit responding.
Set your SNMP communities strings to a unique value that is not 'private; or 'public'. It is possible
that you are getting inundated with malicious login attempts.
