Locking the doors
Press locking button 1 .
The hazard warning lights and side in-
dicator lights flash twice to indicate
that the doors have locked.
Ifanyopeningelement(doorortail

ing is unsuccessful and the hazard
warning lights and side repeaters do
not flash.
Unlocking the doors
Press unlocking button 2 .
The hazard warning lights and side in-
dicator lights flash once to indicate
that the doors have unlocked.
Note:ifadoorisnotopenedwithinap
proximatelyoneminuteofthedoorbe
ing unlocked by the remote control, the
doors will lock again automatically.
Unlocking the luggage compartment
only
Press and hold button 3 . The luggage
compartmentopensslightlyand,de
pending on the vehicle, the luggage
compartment door fully opens by itself.
The key must not be used
for any function other than
those described in the
handbook (removing the cap from
a bottle, etc.).
