[FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL]
① Raise the front wheel off the ground by
placing a support block under the
engine.
② Loose the oval screw and remove the
speedometer cable.
③ Remove the front caliper assembly
from the fork by removing the fixing
bolts.
④ Loosen the axle nut.
⑤ Withdraw the front wheel axle and
remove the front wheel.
⑥ Install in the reverse order of removal.
●Fit the caliper over the disc, taking care
not to damage the brake pads. Install the
caliper fixing bolts, and tighten to a
torque of : 2.7kgf

●Tighten the front axle nut to the specified
torque.
FRONT AXLE NUT TORQUE :
5.0~7.0kgf

⑦ After assembling, operate brake for a
number of times and see if wheel is
turning smoothly without getting
interruption.

WHEEL REMOVAL
CAUTION
●Do not operate brake lever after the
front wheel is removed. It will
make wheel assembling difficult.
CAUTION
●When installing the wheel, care-
fully fit the left brake disk between
the brake pads to avoid damaging
the pads.

●If a troque wrench was not used for
installation, see your authorized
dealer as soon as possible to verify
proper assembly.
Improper aseembly may lead to
loss of braking capacity.
